Achievement Categories
Quotex has 5 categories of achievements. Each category has multiple tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) representing increasing difficulty.
- Category 1 — Trading Volume — based on total trade volume
- Category 2 — Win Streaks — based on consecutive winning trades
- Category 3 — Asset Diversity — trading across multiple asset classes
- Category 4 — Account Lifecycle — registration anniversary, first withdrawal, etc.
- Category 5 — Tournament Performance — finishing top X in tournaments

Account Lifecycle Achievements
- First Trade — complete your first binary option (any outcome)
- First Win — your first winning trade
- First Withdrawal — successfully complete a withdrawal (post-KYC)
- 1-Year Anniversary — account active for 1 year (badge only)
- 5-Year Veteran — account active for 5 years
Are Achievements Worth Pursuing?
Mostly no — achievement rewards are small relative to the trading activity needed to earn them. Trading volume rewards (e.g., $50 for $10,000 traded) represent only 0.5% return, far less than your potential profit/loss from the trades themselves. Pursue achievements as natural byproducts of normal trading, NOT as targets that distort your strategy. Specifically: do NOT chase win streaks (taking smaller-edge trades to maintain a streak hurts long-term win rate). Do NOT chase volume (overtrading is the #1 cause of retail account blow-ups).
Achievements FAQ
Where do I see my achievements?
Profile → Achievements page lists all unlocked badges and progress toward upcoming ones. Notifications appear in Quotex when you unlock new achievements.
Are achievement bonuses paid as real money or bonus?
Most achievement rewards are paid as real money (cashable balance), not bonus money with wagering requirements. Check the specific achievement description for details — a small number of larger rewards may have minor wagering requirements.
Can achievements affect my VIP tier qualification?
Trading volume achievements track separately from VIP tier qualification but use similar metrics. Achievement requirements are cumulative; VIP tier requirements are based on lifetime deposits. They sometimes correlate (heavy traders qualify for both) but tracked separately.
Can I unlock achievements on demo account?
No — only live account trading counts toward achievements. Demo trading is for practice; achievements reward real-money activity.
Do achievements expire or reset?
Once unlocked, achievements are permanent. They don't reset based on account activity changes. Progress toward higher tiers continues from your current cumulative position.
Are there secret/hidden achievements?
A few hidden achievements exist (e.g., 'Comeback Kid' for recovering from significant drawdown, 'Sunday Warrior' for trading every Sunday for a month). These appear in your achievements list only when unlocked. Quotex doesn't publish complete hidden achievement list — discovery is part of the gamification.
